is a political analyst who leads strategic foresight on EU affairs. He is editor-in-chief of Visegrad Insight; president of the Res Publica Foundation, a liberal think-tank; and an advisory board member at LSE IDEAS Ratiu Forum. He co-authored Understanding Central Europe (Routledge, 2017) and has been widely published in, among others, the Journal of Democracy, Politico, and EUObserver.
