FRYDERYK ZOLL

is Professor at the Jagiellonian University and the University of Osnabrück, and a member of numerous international institutions associating experts in the field of private and comparative law. He was awarded the Medal of Merit for the Justice System in 2013, and since 2015 has been co-organizer of the social movement Committee for the Defense of Democracy (KOD), defending the rule of law in Poland.
