SYLWIA SYSKO-ROMAŃCZUK

 is Associate Professor at the Warsaw University of Technology, IESE Alumni Chapter board member in Poland, and an expert in technology transfer, commercialization, and digital transformation. She represents the Warsaw University of Technology in CESAER and is a member of the Task Force Innovation. Her research focuses on policy and strategies for advancing technology transfer and commercialization in business and industry. She also explores personalism in management. A former Deputy Minister of Education in the Law and Justice government (2005–7), she has experience as a supervisory board member of start-ups and listed companies.
